Det behövs två doktorandrepresentanter till en referensgrupp till arbetet med WebISP
Lena Holm har efterfrågat detta och hon eller Jenny Sullivan Hellgren
kan svara på frågor om vad det handlar om för den intresserade.

Valborg/Walpurgis Eve on Campus: Friday 30 April, 18:00-21:30; campus meadows
(ängarna) between UMU and SLU. Free activities include: bonfire, a market, choral
singing, fire show, concert with Deportees... Food and beverages can be purchased.

Unfortunately, the PhD party that was planned for 26th March cancelled because
we had too few sign-ups. That's why the board decided to try with another fun event
for the NTK's PhDs: There will be a PhD Pub on the 23rd of April. We'll have a pub
quiz and the board will provide food and prizes! Place and time: EMG's fikaroom from
16:30, quiz will start 17:30. This is a drop-in activity, so you don't have to sign
up for it, but access into KBC for those without cards will only be provided until
18:00 - otherwise you have to ring a friend to let you in.

We will hold the Grand Meeting of the spring term at 13th April 14:30, in KBF 30
or KBF31 (lecture room outside the UPSC and EMG entrances), and there will be really
nice fika. At least 10 % of the members have to be present in order to be able to
hold this meeting, otherwise we have to postpone it to another date. That means we
need to be at least 25 people, so please come! On the agenda are: elections for the
board and committees 10/11, activity plan and budget for 10/11, PhD administrator
10/11, more info about the PhD pub!

In this particular one we aim to send the old Board home with a pat on the back and get the new Board started for real!

This is also an excellent place to bring up and discuss PhD-related issues and questions.

Ansökan om resebidrag från Svensk-isländska samarbetsfonden
 
Stiftelsen Svensk-isländska samarbetsfonden är en bilateral statlig fond
för främjande av samarbete mellan Island och Sverige. Stiftelsen ska
främja svensk-isländskt samarbete, ömsesidigt kulturutbyte samt
information om svenska och isländska kultur- och samhällsförhållanden.
Fonden utdelar årligen bidrag för bilateralt samarbete mellan dessa
länder främst inom kulturens, utbildningens och forskningens
områden.
